Pattison General Contractor specializes in Class-A tenant improvements, interior and exterior renovations in the Greater Puget Sound. In 1982, Michael Pattison launched Pattison Construction with a foundation of integrity and a dedication to providing industry-leading service. Today, Pattison General Contractor approaches each project with a team of seasoned professionals who are engaged in every aspect of every job. Honesty, perception, dedication and integrity continue to be the cornerstones of all we do. We believe our work is about more than building workspaces. Every Pattison employee is engaged in building long-term relationships that turn our clients into our friends and bring them back as return customers.

We continue to refine our construction processes and build skill through ongoing education and training. Pattison provides job specific training through membership in the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington and the Construction Industry Training Council. Our team is required to attend OSHA/WISHA safety training. To grow our employees into exceptional leaders, each attends leadership courses with Rapport Leadership International. Ultimately, Pattison is committed to building superior projects using great teams, top quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service in order to create long-term relationships.

Pattison General Contractor’s EMR rating is 0.69 with the Department of Labor and Industries, and we are active in the Associated Builders and Contractors Retro Program. Every year since 2002, we have received the Platinum Level S.T.E.P. Award for our ongoing efforts in the development and implementation of a quality safety program. Simply put, this results in a safer, more successful work environment on every client’s project.
