Seeking the best and brightest job supervisors, with at least 10 years of precision carpentry experience and proven track record of managing crews and projects.

Superintendent
- Review all plans, specifications and site requirements
- Work with and supervise sub-contractors, vendors, and employees in a positive professional manner
- Inform all subcontractors, and employees of site specifics to include site safety requirements, noise making hours, building access, and dress code requirements as it pertains to each assigned job
- Subcontractor quality review and control
- Verify that all work is installed per plans, specifications, and building standards and as per UBC
- Perform all work with the highest degree of safety, quality and craftsmanship in a timely manner
- Carpentry to include: Set doors & relites, install mortise and cylinder door hardware, steel stud layout and framing
- Responsible for safety on the job site and implement safety plan.
