Dan started at Pattison General Contractor in Nov 2016 as a superintendent. Dan is originally from San Diego, CA and has been working in the construction industry for 20 years. Dan moved to Western Washington in 2011. Dan has a wife and one child, he enjoys golfing, hiking and traveling in his free time.

Brent Erickson

Brent is a boots on the ground Superintendent. He’s the guy on site keeping your project on schedule by interfacing with each of our trades multiple time a day and coordinating all site activities. Brent has 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Brent has a wife and 2 sons, and enjoys physical activity: football, golf, physical training.

Rafael Diaz

Rafael has been with Pattison for nearly 10 years: first as a Carpenter, then as a Superintendent. Outside of work Rafael likes to fish, travel, and spend time with his family.

Seb Hajmiragha

Seb moved to the US from England in 2011, and became an apprentice carpenter with Pattison. He has an engineering background. Seb’s past engineering experience includes Quality Control at Vestas in England, an innovator in the Wind Turbine Power industry. He enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, and is a die hard Seahawks fan.
